Andhra Pradesh Veterinary Association has started its new journey after registering under Register of societies, Registration & stamps department vide Reg. No 122 of 2022, dated 24-06-2022 by Government of Andhra Pradesh. A new and vibrant body was formed with Dr.R.Amarendra Kumar, M.V.Sc, Director of Animal Husbandry as President of APVA and under his leadership district chapters for all the 26 districts were formed involving all the categories of veterinarians from AH department, Veterinary University, Retired , entrepreneurs and students.

APVA is affiliated to Indian Veterinary Association and works hand in hand with other associations like AP Veterinary council, AP Animal Husbandry officers service association and AP Veterinary Assistant surgeons service association for the betterment and upliftment of Veterinary profession and veterinarians.
